The latest version of FluxVision, warehouse management software from WiSoft Professional Services, comes with an expanded number of enhancements and new features designed to provide users with greater freedom, increased security, and limitation the possibility of human errors.
Here’s a brief overview of the most important news for our system users.
It has been developed the possibility of restarting an accidentally closed transaction. This can be done through a process that can then be restarted in the pre-closing status. Transactions may also be restarted for those quantities that did not have enough stock at the time of booking.
A process of printing and reprinting pallet labels has also been added. At the pallet level, two types of labels can be printed: transport unit (a UT summary label) and stock summary (a pallet stock summary, one label for each stock and one for the pallet).
For Batch Picking, the possibility of changing the value has been limited if the picking quantities have to be equalized for a smaller quantity than required.
In both the vendor and the client command, the ability to cancel, reactivate, and close these documents has been limited if there are WMS Entry / Exit Confirmations for them in Start or Confirmed status.
It has been developed the possibility to print the palette label and picking list separately on delivery, depending on the customer’s preference.
Under WMS records, the amount of inventory available for inventory has been modified so that the quantities blocked as Quarantine, User Blocked or Damaged are not counted as available for sale.
For warehouse management, a warehouse entry / exit confirmation functionality has been developed so that stock movements are ordered from WMS (Retur Client or Return Return).
A Telnet Errors window has been added in which the errors received on the mobile terminals are stored for a certain period of time so that the back office operator can identify the error at a later time.
It has been developed the possibility to print separately the palette and picking list, depending on the customer’s preference.
When importing stock lines into WMS, it was added the possibility of introducing stock status from a qualitative point of view.
New fields have been added to the Inventory window, so inventory stock lines can be easily determined based on their code.
